Twinsanity02
Love the angles on this building. Reminds me of the Pennzoil towers nearby.
Howard Huge
Yeah. I love it.I wish the high point on the roof (the unoccupied area) was just a little higher and sharper, maybe with spires/poles like that med center building that looks like a sailboat. j_cuevas713
That one shot with the rendering and Main St. in the foreground... I always wondered if shutting down Main to the Pierce elevated would be a good idea and make it all walkable. Twinsanity02
Quite an addition to the canyon effect on Texas. The Catalyst, the Alexan downtown, and 500 Crawford also add to this. Thanks for the photo.
Nate99
Quite an addition to the canyon effect on Texas. The Catalyst, the Alexan downtown, and 500 Crawford also add to this. Thanks for the photo. If the Great Southwest building conversion happens and the other little building on the Magnolia block becomes a Hyatt Place, Texas will be more or less "complete" from the bayou all the way to MMP apart from the Hogan Allnoch (sp?) building. Maybe Uncle Sam will sell out and the Federal Detention Center will be converted to a hotel.
Ctaf
I love that they put the garage on the Texas side so the tower doesn't block the magnolia

astros148
so now that the garage portion is topped out, should this be picking up a little bit? Isnt it already half way up in terms of height wise?
