Poised on a 18,400 SF wooded corner lot, this four bedroom one-owner roman brick rambler designed by prominent architect Bill Hoff benefits from recent structural improvements and cosmetic freshening, but suffers no bad remodeling that would diminish its spectacular mad-men era original swank style. The bathrooms have cool-colored vintage tile. The double door entry way has gorgeous flagstone flooring while hardwood floors are used in the bedrooms and living areas. The den has pegged hardwoods, cove lighting and a stunning wrap-around flagstone fireplace. Especially handsome is the wall of mid-century modern style built-in cabinets in the dining room that still boast their original chevron design handles in excellent condition.

Visit with Don Browne and enjoy refreshments at this location.
