bachanon
With permission, a friend is allowing me to share these with HAIF. She just returned from Portugal and Spain. She took several really good shots of architecture and architectural details.

bachanon
she said it is a sister bridge to the golden gate. i do not know if it is an exact twin, but it was news to me as well!
luciaphile
I really enjoyed your friend's photos. I had not realized Portugal was so beautiful. That fierce gargoyle sitting in a shell, holding up a tree, on the Pena palace: after some googling, i learned he is the newt who created the world, and also that you can buy an iPhone case with his image.Interestingly, people were apparently dismayed when, around 2000, some of the color was restored on what they believed was a gray palace.
