fatesdisastr
I agree. I'm having trouble visualizing how this fits on the lot... is the image looking south? Yeah thats right, the image is looking south, this facade is along Westheimer looking north.
swtsig
This is one of the top 5 coolest looking apartment low rises flog up, very cool design.Indeed. Really looking forward to seeing this one and the greystar one in woodland heights.
sevfiv
Yeah - southern view from the St. Anne turnaround (with a walkway over Peckham St.)
fatesdisastr
The design of these buildings remind me of a more modern take of a different era with the use of green and the color brick selected. I really like it and think it will fit in great with the area.

ArchFan
Apologies to the palm-tree-haters hereabouts, but I rather like the pool deck area ... :-)
Subdude
I don't object to palm trees, but they do seem a tad incongruous. That said I agree that the brickwork and color is a nice change.
Sky-guy
Earlier today I was driving down Westheimer and I saw something under construction. I know that that the plot of land used to be surface parking. Anyone know what it could be?
drecey
That's going to be an apartment. That used to be the parking lot to the Cafe Adobe that they demolished.
Triton
First off, can we please rename this to 2111 Westheimer or something? It is a little difficult to find without the exact name of the project.

Nucleareaction
Is there GFR on this? Nope, private amenities for the residents. Then again, there is a huge Randall's with retail all over just down the street.

citykid09
Will the power lines stay or come down?
Dakota79
The Westheimer lines will all come down. Unfortunately there are now 8 new huge poles on the southern end of the project on Peckham (4 on each side) and pitifully in true Houston fashion they will remain.
