There is a newer looking yellow condo building that appears to be vacant for the last year. Anyone have the scoop?

Sorry no pic

Too prime of a location - there's got to be a story here - it doesnt appear to be brand new?

Maybe they didn't have enough funds to finish the interior??

edit:
after a little googling there seems to be units for sale.
18 units for sale according to realtor.com but I saw nothing on HAR.

Been vacant for as long as I've seen it. Has electric as there are lights on it at night. Still some trash/debris in the lower level garage but I haven't seen any activity. Seems weird, wonder if it was cited for code/permit violation?

no bueno
So fellow HoustonArchitecture board members, sit back and watch Atlanta and Dallas get all these cool projects while Houston sits stagnant! Welcome to Houston, the 4th largest joke of a city in America. The city with no efficient transit options (i.e. rail), no amusement park, 600 sq miles of ghetto, low density, car-centric, unplanned neighborhoods, lack of progress, and etc...
