Fringe Posted September 23, 2011 Author Share Posted September 23, 2011 We spent first 3 nights at Banff Springs Hotel, 2 nights at Jasper, now on our third night at Chateau Lake Louise. Hiked 10 miles today. The Canadian Rockies are just incredible. On to Calgary tomorrow to stay the night with friends then back to the Houston heat Saturday. editor Posted September 23, 2011 Share Posted September 23, 2011 Love that area. Lake Louise is the body of water. Wonderful place. When I was in high school I rode my bicycle across Canada and spent quite a while in this area (mostly because of the hills!). Watch out for the Columbian Ground Squirrels!
