TJones
This guy makes some SERIOUS haircare products and can probably make a mean Boufant-do for you. Why waste all that money all a losing effort ? Besides......who wants to be Governor....go enjoy you money Farouk, go start an orphange or something.http://www.naturallycurly.com/curlreading/news/biosilk-chi-founder-considering-run-for-texas-governorship
LTAWACS
What's wrong with him running for gov? Perhaps more will get done and Austin will be more productive without the good ol boy mentality that has prevailed for so long in this state. LTAWACS
Besides, I would prefer having someone from Houston in Austin. It would be more likely the Houston area would be the beneficiary of serious heavy-duty levels of pork.

TJones
Governor Good Hair vs. Houston's Hair Care King. You can't make this stuff up! My wife and 7yr old daughter SWEAR by that Biosilk Silk Therapy, Farouk makes. It ain't cheap either....I should get a free invite to one of Farouk's Gubernatorial parties since I am helping pay for them.

kylejack
If Rick Perry somehow manages to survive the primary challenge, he will be vulnerable to a Democrat challenge. He won't, though, and Kay Bailey Hutchison will destroy any Democrat.
AtticaFlinch
I really don't think I care who wins so long as Perry ends up in the unemployment line. I'd willingly take the crazy, biosilk, bacon-jacket hair guy over Perry any day of the week. Hell, I'd vote for Austin's Leslie Cochran if he was the only alternative to Perry. sevfiv
I wish he had a bacon-jacket - unfortunately to me it looks more like Pepto Bismol!
