Sorry if this is old news, but from time to time, the question comes up here and on Swamplot if there is a named map of Houston neighborhoods. So that newcomers can tell their Briargrove from their Briar Forest.

New to me, so thanks! There are a ton of areas already marked, but Eastwood wasn't, so I added it for approval.

I really like wikimapia - a while ago I started adding Houston Super Neighborhoods, but it got a little time consuming drawing all those polygons!

Yeah, could be esp. helpful to those posting in the Moving to Houston subforum.

I think I added some local cemeteries to Wikimapia a long time ago... it does get time-consuming drawing boundaries.

So fellow HoustonArchitecture board members, sit back and watch Atlanta and Dallas get all these cool projects while Houston sits stagnant! Welcome to Houston, the 4th largest joke of a city in America. The city with no efficient transit options (i.e. rail), no amusement park, 600 sq miles of ghetto, low density, car-centric, unplanned neighborhoods, lack of progress, and etc...
