editor Posted October 23, 2008 Share Posted October 23, 2008 HAIF's highway friend Max Concrete has taken a trip along FM3005 on Follet's Island to show us what's left after Hurricane Ike.The answer is -- not much.He shares some pictures with us showing that portions of the route are now carried along makeshift tracks through the sand.For those of you who remember the tropical storm that wiped out TX87 on Bolivar Peninsula in the 90's, these will look familiar.Click for the FM3005 / Blue Water Highway hurricane destruction, which will link you to the full photo set.
