editor Posted August 12, 2007 Share Posted August 12, 2007 There's been a fair bit of confusion among observers of what's going on along Westheimer just inside the loop.There are two projects being developed that are next to each other and both have been called by multiple names by people who watch these things.In this thread, helpful HAIFers sort out the mess with the help of the good ol' Houston Business Journal.As summarized by The Niche, "Westcreek = Oaks District = River Oaks District, and is owned by OliverMcMillan.
