That would make more sense, but it seems like they would just evict Spec's because AFAIK they're not really in the property management business, except with vacated spaces. It should be noted that in the City of Houston link provided earlier in the thread, the HCAD ID's given include, both the property and building. sgauntt Posted January 1, 2016 Share Posted January 1, 2016 They've torn up the parking lot at the corner of the intersection recently, I presume to start work on building a new CVS. The old HEB is still standing vacant though. No idea what the plans are for that building. If they aren't going to tear it down it seems like it would be a good candidate for a self storage place? The most recent Streetview from this was taken in April 2016, and the CVS is nearing completion, but the HEB is untouched. Planet Fitness did have a trailer for new members out front though.
