Here are the rules:Always include the address, complete with ZIP code.Always include the type of transaction (sale, lease, etc...)Do not flood the forum with real estate listings. Do not post your company's entire portfolio here.Whenever possible, post photos. If it's not worth seeing, it's not worth posting here.Always include prices. None of this "call for price" crap. If it's for sale, it has a price. Post it. Or at least a range.You may include your firm's name and contact information in your signature, but don't make them too big or flashy. Lots of people use dial-up and mobile phone connections.Don't go nuts with the fancy fonts.Keep titles simple and informative. An example of a good Topic Title would be: Condo For Sale: Midtown - 1br, 1ba, w/garageListings that do not comply with the above rules will be deleted without notice.
