Police and forensic anthropologists spent the last two days looking for the boy's identity after he was found by someone walking past the building on Sunday. Police are still investigating the case, but say the boy may have jumped off a five story parking garage. However, they are not calling it a suicide. At this point they are not ruling out anything, and neither is the medical examiner's office. "The cause and manner of death is pending further investigation. At this time, we really don't have a clear picture of what happened at the time of death," said Dr. Erin Love, Harris County Medical Examiner's Office.

    I was at the Koch Bldg on 4/16/09 when news came that a woman jumped to her death yet I havent seen any news about this.
