  1. Broadstone Lakes at Post Oak - 248 Units http://www.smartapartmentdata.com/share/Reports/Houston_Construction.pdf
  2. Does anyone know what is being done with the old school in Midtown at Cleveland/Victor/Cushing/Wilson?
  3. The really need more shade on the Tree House deck at The Grove. Three umbrellas isn't near enough! What about a pergola with misting fans?
  4. Primary term of five years, with five options to renew for additional 5-year terms.
  5. A local investment group recently purchased the entire corner.
  6. Why is Azorim selling their Galleria property (Post Oak & Richmond)? I thought they were going to do a condo/commercial development there.
  7. I thought this was going to be moved to the Intermodal Terminal...
  8. I haven't been inside an apartment at Camden yet, but the exterior layout of the buildings is nice. It has a non-complex feel to it. The pool area is really nice too. I like the convenience of walking the couple of blocks to Midtown to eat or have a drink with friends. With the addition of Camden and The Edge, the W Gray & Bagby area is really changing.
  9. I would look at the new Camden City Centre. It's brand new and a great location if you work downtown. You could walk to work. I live in an Urban Loft right around the corner and love the proximity to downtown and midtown.
  10. I agree. I walked over after dinner one night last week. It has one of the nicest apartment pools I've seen in town.
  11. The idea of one house per lot furthers urban sprawl which will hurt any City and its residents in the long run, not to mention our dependence on oil. This is no more apparent than in recent times.
  12. I 100% agree with UrbanEndeavor's response on the Chron's website. These properties could be put to much better use than trying to "save" 10 dilapidated houses. The historic value of this area was gone a long time ago, and the City as a whole benefits more from redevelopment than from attempted restoration.
  13. I believe that once they get approval to redo the 2 brick streets they will also redo the remaining streets in the area and possibly bury everything.
