  1. Those signs aren't there anymore. I'm one of the few that still go to games even if it is just for the view lol. Here's a pic I took 3 weeks ago
  2. Well, this woulda been nice to know!!! Greatly appreciate the openness to sharing. Collaboration is key. HAIF 2017!!! Sorry, I got carried away
  3. Haha, thanks for the comments yall! I was procrastinating a jazz test online lol, got an A, so no worries. Lemme know if I've missed anything or would like to see something added. All I need is a height and address for the most part.
  4. They have nearly everything we need to know on their website and even data to download to explore and manipulate if you have ideas you want to share. Still can't wait for the verdict http://portal.smartgeometrics.com/cistern/#prettyPhoto
  5. Some of the colors have been adjusted to make it easier to see. I don't exactly know how accurate the height of the Crawford apts are. I used the rendering and the photo to guesstimate. In the rendering it's a lil bit shorter than the Inn at the Ballpark. The photo gave me an idea that since it's a block behind the 4story bldg it may not look like 3 stories taller. The structure is 120 ft tall in the original that I posted, granted that may be a lil high. Realistically 10-12 foot residential floors plus the small decorative top would still only put the apts shy of 100' so I went back and scaled them down to 100 for optimistic purposes .
  6. I was thinkin something similar to the Rothko... "The Underpass Chapel"? Yeah? Yeah? Anybody? hehe
  7. Wow, great pic. First thought that came to mind was how ironic it is. You have the Dome next to Reliant with a dirt field and red flowers in the foreground. It can go both ways: 1.) it demonstrates how Houston is constantly changing with new construction, ideas and the Dome as a symbol of previous progressiveness that was a catalyst for Houston's development or 2.) the dirt field is foreshadowing the Dome with the flowers serving as a memorial to Heart of Houston being lost. Sorry, but this pic really got me. Didn't mean to be a Debbie Downer guys
  8. When might we know what they'll do to it? Thought it reminded me of the overpasses and underpasses with there multitude of columns and arches. Seems pretty Houstonian to me
  9. kinda reminds me of CIA HQ in Langley right now
