I'm guessing it will be announced when a certain large bank nears its lease expiration at a closeby building, where it has its current namesake, and such namesake will be transferred to Capitol Tower.
I would say this is more like a private courtyard, lol. It sounds like it will also serve the food hall.
You ever heard of Gramercy Park? That is a fenced in private park in the northeast's most urban city with other parks/plazas all around it.
I hope this works out for them. Mike is my cousin so I couldn't really say much until the article came out.
Its in a really good location in Mid Main across from The Match and Ensemble Theater plus right on the rail and in the middle of everything.
There are CBRE signs up at the Bethel Church at 1107 Shepherd, or the block bounded by Shepherd, Durham, Center and Nett. This might create difficulty for the restaurant formerly known as Floyd's, since they use the church parking lot for their customers. The Interpose:
I'm teaching out at San Jacinto Community College right now, and there are a few big things rumbling. I figured it was close enough to Houston city limits and big enough a building to satisfy the tacit requirements for threads here. This is the building they're currently at work on.
So some of the most of the urban cities in the world have private parks? Awesome, it sounds like we are finally getting there! Though I hold my ground this is more like a courtyard, lol.

1) You cannot assume all of the project mentioned above would have happened if UTH got off the ground
2) Do you know how the UT system works? It's very much a separate but not equal system. We were not going to get a UT-Austin, which is an amazing school with vast resources. We'd be getting a branch. They are NOT the same thing no matter how much a UTSA graduate tries to tell you they graduated from "Texas."
As long as the HEB is more than just a sea of asphalt with a box store, a grocery store across the street will probably be a huge draw for sales in the Giorgetti - walk to the store!
