jmancuso Posted November 29, 2004 Share Posted November 29, 2004 it used to be a western-geophysical facility but they consolidated offices and vacated and all but that one big building (on teh corner) were knocked down and that remaining building was turned over to leasable office space. that's the extent i know. Its a shame, you could create a great urban village there complete with retail, commercial, and residential - all very similar to Sugar Land's "Town Center".At least, thats what I would like to see there.. a pedestrian oriented, urban Westchase Village.
