intencity77
I caught this a few weeks ago when I could see dirt being moved and demolition of the existing industrial buildings on Google satellite imagery. Figured some type of townhome development was in the works. There's another smaller plot of land that just sold closer in at Eastwood and Sherman in Second Ward. My hunch is that'll be some type of townhome development as well, although much smaller. The existing Navigation Village townhome development on Navigation is firing up construction again as well. I counted 11 new units on HAR for sale or recently sold in that development alone.

samagon
lol. the comments on SL are great. They're worried about increased traffic. I mean, not that I want to see more traffic, but jeez, Lawndale and Telephone have a lot of capacity to give before it will be close to a noticeable amount of traffic. samagon
I was dropping a letter at the post office earlier today and I noticed that this land is being worked on again. looks like some sewer lines are going in. does anyone know if this is the same project from 3 years ago, or something different?
