Text by Bammel Lane Park Homes

Bammel Park Lane Homes is made up of only 12 park homes, surrounding a central park. Located on one of the only cul-de-sac streets inside the loop - in the middle of the Upper Kirby District, Houston’s most prestigious urban area, just two blocks from some of the city’s finest shopping and dining. Quiet and charming, a beautiful translation of Southern Coastal Architecture, these homes are highlighted with white sacked brick and a standing seam metal roof. The unique parapet wall system completes the architectural integrity of these 12 individual park homes.

Your Thoughts

There are two comments.

This development suffers from a poor location and design. $2 million for a townhouse a half-block away from Richmond Avenue. Neighbors include apartment buildings, class B office buildings, Burger King, a strip club. Huge floor plans are wasted on useless butler pantries and closets with windows, while useful spaces (like kitchens) are neglected.

Bammel Park homes is a very nice single family residence. I drove by it last week and the views from the street are stunning. In this market, now is the time to take a look at some of the higher end homes inside the loop, very close to downtown Houston.
